Ambiance pays special attention to the professional development of the staff and periodically organizes training sessions and cycle meetings both on-site and outdoor. One of the most effective training sessions took place from May 21 to May 23, 2018 in the Siazan region, Galaalti hotel.
Participants have mastered their skills of public speech and presentations, worked with difficult questions and objections, performed role-playing games to refine algorithms and visits to the client. The training session revealed the subtle techniques of interpersonal interaction in details, which allows to build a more trusting, harmonious relationship with the client.
