Polish Investment and Trade Agency
The history of PAIH goes back to 1967. Since then, the Agency has undergone many changes. It all started with Interpress (PAI), i.e. an institution dealing with the service of foreign journalists and providing information for foreign websites. After three decades, the Agency has become one of the most important institutions globally promoting the Polish economy and serving foreign investors in Poland. In 2017, pursuant to the Act on PAIH, the Polish Investment and Trade Agency was created, which specializes in servicing investors as well as Polish exporters seeking opportunities to develop their own business around the world, especially outside the European Union.
PAIH is the first point of contact for investors and exporters. The agency works to increase the inflow of investments to Poland, intensify Polish exports and develop Polish foreign investments. The mission of PAIH is to promote Polish products and services in the world and to create a positive economic image of Poland.
PAIH has an international network of 70 PAIH Trade Offices, located on fast growth markets, characterized by the greatest potential of business opportunities for Polish exporters and investors. The offices assist entrepreneurs at every stage of project implementation.
