The conference on the topic "The use of anti-stress drugs during stress relief" organized by Ambiance at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on February 7, 2025 was met with great interest. At the event, Halima Gamarlinskaya, a leading doctor-psychiatrist of the Republic, delivered an in-depth and interesting report on stress management and the use of Anti-stress drugs. This presentation reflected Dr. Gamarlinskaya's extensive experience and professionalism in the field of stress management.
About 150 qualified doctors, including cardiologists, neurologists, psychiatrists, therapists and endocrinologists, participated in the event. Specially prepared tasks for doctors were performed during the presentation. Also, a study was demonstrated with the help of a young actor from the University of Arts in order to visually demonstrate how stress resistance works in real life. This approach allowed participants to better understand the psychological and physiological effects of stress.
